These valves also include pressure regulation and flow regulation. Proportional valves and servo valves are much more expensive than traditional electromagnetic directional and pressure control valves, and are rarely used in the general automation industry.
What is the function of the solenoid valve? The solenoid valve is a shut-off valve that uses electromagnetic force to control the switch. In refrigeration equipment, solenoid valves are often used as remote control shut-off valves, administrative organs of two-position adjustment systems, or safety protection machinery. The solenoid valve can be used as a remote control shut-off valve, a regulating organ of a two-position regulating system, or a safety protection mechanical device. It can be used for various vapors, liquid refrigerants, greases and other substances.
For some early small and medium unit units, the solenoid valve is connected in series on the liquid pipeline before the throttling device, and the same start switch is connected as the compressor. When the compressor starts, the solenoid valve is opened, connecting the system pipeline, so that the air conditioning unit can operate normally. When the compressor is turned off, the solenoid valve automatically disconnects the liquid pipeline, preventing the refrigerant liquid from flowing into the evaporator again, and avoiding the impact of the refrigerant liquid when the compressor starts again.
In household central air-conditioning (multi-connected air-conditioning) systems, solenoid valves are widely used in system software, including: solenoid valves that control four-way valves, compressor exhaust return oil pipelines, desuperheating circuits, etc.
The role of vacuum solenoid valve:
In the pipeline system, the function of the vacuum valve can use the electromagnetic principle to realize the vacuum treatment of the pipeline. At the same time, the completion of electromagnetic control can have a greater impact on all operating states of the pipeline system, and the application of vacuum valves can also reasonably prevent other unimportant key factors from interfering with the pipeline, thereby accurately adjusting the operating state of the pipeline system.
