Product Characteristics
APL 510 Series explosion proof position monitoring limit switch box is a rotary type position indicator;It was designed to integrate a valve and pneumatic actuator with a variety of internal switches or sensors. Suitable for small size pneumatic actuators the explosion proof switch box offers mechanical, low cost single pole, double throw plated contact switching with an operating life of 100,000 cycles.
The APL-510 is an IP66 ATEX EXD Aluminium bodied switch box with 2 x SPDT limit switches, beacon indicator & Stainless steel Namur bracket.
APL switch boxes also benefit from hermetically sealed proximity switches.
The APL 510 is rated: ATEX ll 2G Ex d llC T6 Gb, EX II 2D Ex tb IIIC T85 Db IP6X.
