Product Characteristics
AC3000 triplet refers to air filter, pressure reducing valve and lubricator. Some brands of solenoid valves and cylinders can achieve oil-free lubrication (relying on grease to achieve lubrication function), so there is no need to use lubricator! The combination of the air filter and the pressure reducing valve can be called a pneumatic duo. The air filter and the pressure reducing valve can also be assembled together to become a filter pressure reducing valve (the function is the same as the combination of the air filter and the pressure reducing valve). In some occasions, oil mist cannot be allowed in the compressed air, and an oil mist separator needs to be used to filter out the oil mist in the compressed air.
The assembly of three pieces connected without a tube is called a triple piece. The three major components are indispensable air source devices in most pneumatic systems. They are installed near the air-using equipment and are the ultimate guarantee of compressed air quality. The installation order of the three parts is the water separation filter, the pressure reducing valve and the lubricator according to the air intake direction. In use, one or two pieces can be used according to actual requirements, or more than three pieces can be used.
